Mónica is a professional statistician with a Master's degree in Information Engineering from the University of Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. With experience in the education, transportation, retail, and healthcare sectors, she specializes in statistical and computational modeling focused on data science, machine learning, and deep learning, and has teaching experience in the areas of data visualization and mining. She is currently a Data Scientist at the Charles Darwin Foundation, developing solutions focused on open science within the areas of innovation, research, and development.
