Yolanda Kakabadse

Yolanda Kakabadse, Ecuadorian. Former Minister of Environment of Ecuador. She coordinated the participation of civil society organizations in the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (Earth Summit). She was President of IUCN and chaired the Board of Directors of WWF International from 2010 to 2017.
She was the first Executive Director of Fundación Natura in Ecuador and in 1993 created Fundación Futuro Latinoamericano.
Yolanda is a member of the Board of Directors of several non-governmental and private sector organizations, inside and outside the country.
