Ambre Tanty-Lamothe

Director of Marketing and Communications

Ambre is passionate about storytelling and the Galapagos. She joined CDF in September 2022 as Director of Marketing and Communications with a view to bring the foundation’s work to life and strengthen its position within the conservation space. She is based at the Charles Darwin Research Station in Santa Cruz Island.

Prior to joining CDF, Ambre worked for various private and publicly listed businesses across Europe. For seven years she advised international organizations on corporate communications matters in London and Brazil while at corporate communications agency Brunswick Group. Among other projects, she worked on the listing of Spotify, the merger between ABInbev and SAB Miller and the acquisition of technology company ARM by Softbank. She most recently worked as Senior Director of Communications at COFRA Holding, a sixth generation family business, overseeing external communications, stakeholder and reputation management for the group. She also worked as Director of Communications for TV production company Endemol Shine (now part of Banijay Group).

Ambre holds a Bsc in Management from Manchester University and a Masters in International Communications Management. She speaks English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Dutch. She is an avid scuba diver and loves spending time with her family.
