Luis Carlos is an administrative professional specializing in organizational management and operational support, contributing to the efficiency and coordination of scientific initiatives in the Galapagos Islands. As a permanent resident of the archipelago, he is committed to supporting projects that advance research and conservation efforts in one of the world’s most unique ecosystems.
He holds a Higher University Degree in Strategic Digital Marketing Management from the Instituto Tecnológico Superior España, Ecuador. Additionally, he has completed a diploma in UX design and digital content creation for social media, strengthening his ability to support communication and digital processes within multidisciplinary teams.
At the Charles Darwin Foundation, Luis Carlos serves as Administrative Assistant for the Deep Sea Research Project, where he supports the planning, organization, and execution of administrative processes. His role is key in ensuring efficient project coordination, resource management, and internal workflow, contributing to the Foundation’s mission to conserve the Galapagos Islands.
