New Galapagos Report

Galapagos Report

Galapagos Report is a compilation of articles covering topics in human systems, tourism, biodiversity and ecosystem restoration, and marine management of Galapagos and its Marine Reserve.

This document provides information on biophysical and socioeconomic aspects in Galapagos for decision-makers, the general public and other stakeholders in Galapagos. It is developed under the coordination of the Galapagos Conservancy in collaboration with the Governing Council, the Directorate of the Galapagos National Park and the Charles Darwin Foundation.

The Galapagos Report shares diverse perspectives on how to meet the challenges of living in balance with our natural world. In the 2017-2018 edition of the Report, we are proud to share information about our scientific research projects.

Here you will find articles written by our scientists Solange Andrade-Vera, María José Barragán, Claudio Crespo, Sofía Green, Tomas Hannam-Penfold, Jessica Howard, Heinke Jäger, Inti Keith, José Marín Jarrín, Nicolás Moity, Jorge Ramírez-González, Pelayo Salinas-de-León and Michael Tanner.

We congratulate our scientists for their great research work and publications that support Galapagos conservation.
